- Breakfast, in-room dining, and banqueting/events operations
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high service standards
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning and cost control (food, beverage, and labor)
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience, maintaining and elevating service quality across all touchpoints
- Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and other departments to ensure seamless operations
