A well‑known wine estate and boutique hotel in Stellenbosch is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to run all F&B operations across the property. You will lead the service team across multiple outlets including restaurants, a tasting room, lounge, and in‑room dining. This is a hands‑on role covering everything from team development and guest relations to budgets and stock control.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in a senior F&B management role in hotels or fine dining.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development ability.
- Solid financial skills including budgeting and cost control.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Protel, and Microsoft Office.
- Professional presentation and a genuine service‑first approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Salary is market‑related and negotiable based on experience.
