Job Description
- Plan, manage, and lead staff teams (Kitchen Helper, Steward, Table Service) at client restaurants
- Ensure service quality and food standards meet client expectations
- Recruit, select, train, and develop staff to support business expansion
- Create schedules and optimize workforce allocation
- Coordinate closely with restaurant managers and client executives to resolve operational issues promptly
- Monitor and improve kitchen and front-of-house processes for efficiency
- Control labor and material costs for optimal performance
- Prepare operational reports for management and clients
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Contribute to menu planning or service standard improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
