Responsibilities
- To consistently offer professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service
- To demonstrate a complete understanding of the outlet's Policies amp Procedures and Service Standards
- To have full knowledge of the Menu Beverage lists in the outlet and outdoor catering locations and all other promotions taking place at the Hotel
- Knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Assist Guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- To follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage in the hotel and outdoor catering venues
- Carry out all duties in accordance with local occupational health and safety legislation
- Comply with all Company policies, procedures and safety guidelines as outlined by your Supervisor
