Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily restaurant operations. Ensure opening, operating, and closing procedures are executed consistently across all outlets and service areas. Conduct regular operational walkthroughs to identify and rectify service, maintenance, safety, and cleanliness issues. Ensure smooth coordination between Front of House, Kitchen, Bar, and Stewarding teams. Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the venue. Monitor staffing levels and labour productivity to support operational efficiency.
