Job Purpose

We are seeking a Costs Draftsman with minimum 2 years’ experience in drafting all types of fast track Bill of Costs, Schedules & N260 – Statement of Costs. It would be beneficial to have knowledge of phasing and an understanding of the Costs Management process. The candidate will be proficient in the understanding of litigation and hold a good understanding of the case management process before a case arrives in Costs. It will be a benefit if the candidate has experience in issuing Part 8 proceedings. As a member of Your Legal Costs you need to be dedicated, motivated with the ability to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines.
