Fast Food Shift Supervisor - KFC

Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of a high school diploma or equivalent, combined with at least 3 years of verifiable supervisory experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Strict requirement to hold an active Person In Charge (PIC) Level 2 or 3 Certificate, strictly approved by the Dubai Municipality Food Safety Department.
• Candidates must demonstrate advanced proficiency in operating commercial POS systems and executing daily inventory reconciliation protocols.

• Take full operational control of the restaurant floor during assigned shifts, aggressively managing kitchen flow to ensure customer orders are dispatched within strict corporate time limits.
