Fashion import production coordinator

This is a one year temporary position. The position holder coordinates and rigorously monitors every step of the product production process to ensure the quality and on‑time delivery of our exclusive collections. This essential role requires sharp organizational skills, proactive management of priorities and fluid communication with different teams and suppliers. With meticulous attention to detail and an ability to react to the unexpected, the Fashion Import production coordinator contributes directly to the success of each collection.

Responsabilities

• Follow the production schedule according to orders, deadlines and priorities.
• Keep our Product Development Management (PLM) system up to date.
• Coordinate all production stages from order placement.
• Work closely with product development teams (Designers and Supply Coordinator) and suppliers to ensure product conformity.
