RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures that biosecurity protocols are complied with.
• Conducts proper monitoring of health condition by doing daily rounds.
• Initiates prompt identification and medication of sick animals.
• Diagnoses disease or any abnormal conditions through physical and behavioral observation as
basis for proper treatment.
• Monitors the mortality and morbidity rate of all departments being supervised and collects data of
established facts.
• Oversees vaccination based on protocol.
• Monitors the proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedure in Wean to Finish.
• Performs the planning of working schedule for subordinates to sustain manpower requirement.
• Consults and coordinates with the Farm Manager regarding matters that need to be addressed in
the specific area of responsibility.
• Perform other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
