Family Support Worker

Makoon Transition Inc. is a dedicated organization providing reunification and prevention services to families. Our wrap-around approach offers 24‑hour support to families who have recently been reunited with their children, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed for a successful transition.

Conditions of Employment

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Must be able to bend, lift or move objects over 20 lbs.

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Program Manager, Family Support Worker Supervisor and Family Support Worker Team Lead, you will be responsible to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our families.

To strive as a whole to foster strong healthy relationships for the success of the families always following policies and procedures of Makoon Transition Inc.
