About the Role
The Family Support Program is focused on assisting parents who are experiencing stress that is impacting on their ability to parent. The Case Worker role provides support to families and children (aged 0 -17 years), with diverse needs and trauma experience, using a person-centred approach and by building relationships and developing motivation.
