About the Role
Title: Family Physician – Primary Care Centre
Location: n.St’at’imc Nations – Lillooet, BC (may include on‑reserve services).
Contract: 0.4 FTE (approximately 672 hours per year). Compensation scaled to FTE. Successful applicants eligible for a 0.2 FTE medical lead.
Compensation: Physician Master Agreement Full Scope range $290,842–$363,552, subject to scope of services. Additional Rural Retention Program Premium of 13.97%. Other incentives and relocation funding may apply.
Role Overview
The Family Physician will be the primary provider for a client panel, working within a culturally safe, team‑based environment that blends Western medicine with traditional wellness practices. A minimum panel size of 650 per 1.0 FTE is expected by year 3.
