Family Operations & Engagement Analyst

BIGO is seeking a community operations specialist in Taguig to manage family communities through daily communication and campaign support. You will engage with family leaders, track performance data, and propose improvements for better engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. This role requires in-office presence five days a week.
