Failure Analysis Lab Technician (SEM/X-ray)

onsemi in Spain is seeking a technician to provide skill-based support for failure analysis, using optical microscopy, SEM/EDX, X-ray and related tools. You will assist in sample prep and basic FA tasks for maverick lots and reliability evaluations.

The role reports to the Failure Analysis Laboratory Group Leader/Manager and requires a technical diploma and at least 2 years in semiconductor manufacturing; strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills are preferred.
