Failure Analysis Engineer, Power Electronics

XP Power is a global leader in power solutions, seeking an Engineer to perform failure analysis, testing and qualification in collaboration with R&D. You will analyze design issues, prepare detailed reports and drive corrective actions across multiple product lines.

You will work with advanced lab instruments, interpret schematics, and contribute to cost reductions and quality improvements while maintaining strict engineering standards. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
