Failure Analysis Engineer I – NPI & Debug Lead

Link-Worldwide, located in Mexico, Jalisco, is seeking an experienced Project Leader to oversee NPI and capacity analysis efforts in electronic manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, debugging complex products, and engaging with customers on technical issues.

An educational background in Electronic Engineering or Mecatronics is required, along with leadership skills and experience in electronic repair processes. Ideal candidates should demonstrate proficiency in English (85%) and possess strong analytical abilities.
