Factory Services Program Manager (Xico)

This role is responsible for leading multiple project teams and managing activities of supporting teams and internal development partners. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues, and leverages it to drive innovation and technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for all requests supporting Factory Services.
• Customer interface for all Factory Service requests, regularly communicating with customers & sales teams to ensure flawless execution of customer's requests.
• Manage strategic projects to allow for more efficient processes.
• Manage and lead a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation process for Factory Service offerings.
• Develop and direct schedules, critical deliverables, for assigned customer requests.
