Factory Services Program Manager

• This role is responsible for leading multiple project teams and managing activities of supporting teams and internal development partners.
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues, and leverages it to drive innovation and technology integration.
Responsibilities:
Acts as primary point of contact for all requests supporting Factory Services.
Acts as the customer interface for all Factory Service requests, regularly communicating with customers & sales teams to ensure flawless execution of customer's requests
Manages strategic projects to allow for more efficient processes
• Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for Factory Service offerings
• Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, for assigned customer requests
