Factory Machine Operator / Packer

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Machine Operator / Packer to join a well-established confectionery manufacturer located in Mordialloc.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is looking for stable, full-time weekday hours.

About the Role

You will be responsible for operating and setting up confectionery packaging machinery to ensure daily production runs are completed efficiently. Working largely on your own, you’ll be required to monitor machine performance, adjust settings for different product runs, and pack finished confectionery into cartons ready for dispatch.
