The Factory Lead will be responsible for the overall management of factory operations, fabrication, assembly, production planning, material management, and manpower utilization. The role serves as a critical link between Customers, PMO, Management, Factory Operations, and Project Delivery Teams, ensuring alignment between manufacturing activities, project schedules, customer expectations, and business objectives.
