Facility Section Head

Job Responsibilities and Authority:

1. Leadership & Supervision

• Lead and supervise facility personnel such as technicians, engineers, and support staff.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to work standards.
• Conduct training and development to improve team skills and productivity.

2. Facility Operations Management

• Oversee daily facility operation activities including maintenance, repairs, inspections, and utilities monitoring.
• Ensure all building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection) are functioning efficiently and safely.
• Develop and implement facility policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

3. Maintenance Planning & Execution
