Facility Operations Specialist – Compliance & Standards

We are seeking a proactive and highly detail-oriented Facility Operations Specialist who will play a pivotal role in identifying, preventing, and mitigating operational non‑compliances across our P3 facilities. This role focuses on systematically reviewing activities, uncovering risks before they expand, and ensuring all maintenance, service delivery, and asset management activities meet contractual, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.

You will report directly to the Field Service Manager. Preferred work location is Calgary, AB, but we may also consider candidates willing to work in ON and BC.

Salary range: $85,000–$120,000 (Markham, Ontario). This is a general guideline; the final offer reflects experience, education and market factors. This position is currently open.
