The Facility Manager is responsible for operations and budget management, service delivery management, project management, client relationship management, health and safety, and emergency preparedness and business continuity for an assigned portfolio.

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Manage low to moderate‑sized portfolios and facilities of low to moderate complexity.
  • Oversee operations, maintenance activities, annual facility programs, and ensure facility uptime objectives are met.
  • Create and implement annual facility management plans and collaborate with stakeholders to implement programs.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair activities, internal technicians and service providers, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and meets quality requirements.
