Die Position ist die zentrale Steuerungs‑ und Governance‑Rolle zwischen Alstom Mannheim und dem externen FM‑Dienstleister (Apleona). Fokus liegt auf Betriebssicherheit, Kosten‑ & Leistungssteuerung (KPIs), Werterhalt sowie auf der Umsetzung der Konzern‑Security‑Policies am Standort.
