Facility Management Control System (FMCS) Manager

Job Purpose

As the FMCS Manager, you will oversee the design, engineering, procurement, programming, testing, and commissioning of the Facility Management Control System (FMCS), Building Management System (BMS), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. You will lead a team of engineers, manage specialized subcontractors, and collaborate closely with clients and project directors to ensure systems are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with Singapore’s regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Technical Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the FMCS/BMS scope for major M&E projects, ensuring seamless integration with HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and extra-low voltage (ELV) systems.
