About the Position
Position: Facilities Maintenance Worker
Starting date:
Hours: 15 hours per week, flexible hours 07:00-17:00 weekdays (40% part‑time).
Working language: English.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure that outdoor areas are safe and well‑maintained (including removing leaves, gardening, snow‑plowing, etc.).
- Ensure that indoor areas are safe and well‑maintained (cleanliness in common areas, etc.).
- Conduct regular inspections of school grounds and facilities for safety and maintenance needs.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including painting.
- Assemble school furniture.
- Manage and organize inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Assist in setting up and taking down furniture for school events and activities.
- Collaborate with school staff for special projects or activities requiring physical support.
