Overview

We are looking for a temporary Facility Coordinator to join our Operations team at La Roca Village and elevate the ultra‑luxury experience we offer to our most distinguished guests. As our Operations & Services Coordinator you will provide support to the Operations Team with security, cleaning, and maintenance of the Village, manage day‑to‑day operations, and ensure standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Operations & Services Manager in responsibilities for security, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Assist in setting up, tracking, and achieving budgets for the common costs of the Village.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third‑party contractors.
• Supervise daily maintenance, including carpentry, brickwork, plumbing, electrical, painting, and other projects.
