DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for daily production machine operation, maintenance and repair of Press and Tapping Machines.
- Responsible for New machine and line set-up / installation.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Plant Equipment according to Annual maintenance schedule or as needed.
- Monitor facility operation and parameters, data gathering, and maintenance.
- Regular Maintenance of all plant equipment.
- Daily/Monthly checking and maintenance of Fire Fighting Units (Firex, Fire Hose Cabinets, Fire Alarm Bell, Emergency lights etc.).
- Generate check sheets and other documented information for maintenance.
- Observe and participate with the company standards regarding 5S, QMS, EMS and OHSAS.
- Shall initiate improvements of the facility/company premise.
