Role Description
- Build relationships and trust with key senior executives and communicate key recommendations on real estate and facilities strategies, investments, plans, and programs
- Develop and manage internal SLA’s documenting service needs and performance requirements
- Provide feedback on third party performance and ensure all complaints and concerns from employees are managed and closed timely
- Develop process to monitor, address, and track employee feedback
- Responsible in managing a team of Maintenance technicians and 3rd party facilities service provider.
- Ensure all office supplies, equipment, furniture, etc. are maintained and stored in a clean and safe environment
- Ensure suppliers provide adequate services and work within financial and quality standards
