Facilities Technician

Overview

This is a field position that travels between multiple locations in Burlington and Oakville, Ontario. Hours of work are approximately 20–30 hours per week, weekdays, weekends and evenings.

Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Maintenance Technician supports the ongoing maintenance and repairs at multiple restaurant locations. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining restaurant equipment and building systems to ensure our restaurants operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to our guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains a wide range of restaurant equipment, walk-in freezers/coolers, ice machines, ovens, and other kitchen appliances.
• Performs general building maintenance tasks, such as painting, tiling, and non-structural repairs.
