Facilities Technician (Building)

1 year renewable contract with full benefits. Salary: $4500 max. 5 days work week. 8am - 5pm (Mon‑Fri). Location: Gul.

Job Scope:

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs of building structures, fixtures, and facilities.
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans.
• Troubleshoot and respond to facility‑related issues and breakdowns.
• Monitor facility equipment and report abnormal conditions.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers.
• Support fire safety systems checks and general safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports using maintenance systems.
