The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and operational reliability of the manufacturing facilities. This role ensures that all building systems, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with corporate and local regulatory standards. The position requires fluent Chinese to coordinate closely with China‑based engineering, operations, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations, including utilities, HVAC, electrical systems, water supply, waste management, and building infrastructure
- Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure equipment uptime and facility reliability
