Facilities Supervisor

Job Purpose
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties. This role focuses on coordinating both planned (preventive) and reactive maintenance, supervising third‑party contractors, inspecting facility quality, controlling operational costs, and ensuring strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. The ultimate goal is to maintain high‑quality property standards, resolve DLP (Defect Liability Period) defects, and ensure complete client satisfaction.
