Principal Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility’s equipment including electrical, ACMV, compressed dry air system, vacuum system, gas system, process chilled water system and plumbing.
- Performing routine checks on electrical, ACMV, compressed dry air system, vacuum system, gas system, process chilled water system and plumbing equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Coordinate facilities equipment maintenance schedules and repair activities.
- Supervising external contractors or vendors for services like housekeeping, pest control, vending machines, preventive and breakdown maintenance, repairs and renovation.
- Works with manufacturing or process engineers in the installation or repair of electrical and mechanical equipment in production area.
- Minimum of 4+ years of facilities management experience
