Facilities Specialist

The Facilities Specialist is responsible for the design, maintenance, and improvement of MEPF systems within the facilities, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders. The incumbent should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines. This position is critical for maintaining the functionality and sustainability of building systems.
