The Facilities Project Specialist supports the organization by leading the execution and control of projects assigned and ensuring that the work and documents guarantee the best quality and compliance within the required parameters and standards.

• Responsible for the planning, execution, and control of the assigned projects (focus in facilities: electrical, HVAC, construction, buildings, lighting, compressed air, fire systems, special services, etc.), defined by the Steering Committee (scope, schedule, cost) according to the LPM framework.
• Ensure alignment with all equipment & technology standards, norms, permits, local and LEGO Group standards (such as capacity, duplication, obsolescence, etc.) and complete them during the implementation process of a project.
