- Work closely with the facilities team and other team plant team members to ensure projects are well managed and completed successfully.
- Provide project management support related to new construction and renovation projects, new line startups and other facilities and construction projects.
- Assure the purchase of highly competetive and mostly efficient equipment concerning energy, emmisions and waste.
- Ensure the right selection of suppliers according to our regulations e.g. REPSE
- Develop or participate in the development of project schedules.
Monitor schedule milestones, track progress, and implement schedule recovery efforts when needed.
- Manage or assist in the management of architectural and engineering design processes.
Review project drawings and specifications.
