- Develop a decision brief and concept options paper for a presentation, outlining critical operation issues, basing and infrastructure requirements, concepts, basing options and delivery methods that support operations at a Main Operating Base and training areas.
- Appropriately qualified in and experience in delivery upon Facilities within Project Space and Input to Fundamental Inputs to Capability.
