Facilities Operations Director

The Operations Director is responsible for improving the P&L of multiple portfolios. You need to have accounts development planning, a track record of implementing FM operational excellence experience, demonstrate strong contractual knowledge and negotiation skills. A proven track record of transitioning first generation FM outsourcing contracts to an output base contract for a nationwide portfolio is critical.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement a Key Account Development Plan (ADP) framework including methodology, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Ensure financial, operational, and contractual performance of multiple key accounts.
• Lead retention strategy and commercial negotiations for contract renewal.
• Generate FM business processes and SOPs to ensure compliance.
