Facilities Mechanic (Tijuana)

Job Details
Maintains the facilities, equipment, machinery and systems for minimum downtime and maximum efficiency.
In the process of repairing or conducting maintenance on machinery, must understand and follow all applicable lockout/tag out and other safety procedures.
Maintains a clean and orderly work area both in the shop and wherever work is performed throughout the plant.
Cleans up work areas after use or on a daily basis.
Removes all waste or surplus materials to scrap or storage areas.
Maintains and repairs miscellaneous items of mechanical equipment throughout the plant.
Maintains clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, parking lots, and other work areas.
Performs all duties related to preventative maintenance program including updating of records.
Completes additional preventative maintenance reports and other documents to communicate status of equipment and machinery.
