Role Description The Facilities Manager role at Sizzling Platter de México is a full-time, on-site position based in Mexico City, Mexico.
The person in this role oversees the daily operation, maintenance, and safety of restaurant facilities, including building systems, equipment, and grounds.
Responsibilities include coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, managing vendor relationships, overseeing repairs and renovations, and ensuring compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
The Facilities Manager monitors facility budgets, tracks maintenance costs, and supports capital improvement planning.
