About the job: This position is for a full-time Facilities Manager to be based in our Woking office, full time to support ongoing growth within this office location.
We follow a hybrid working model that combines office and remote work, with a requirement to be in the Woking office four days a week. This approach supports the development of a strong and effective team dynamic within Engineering.
Skills & Responsibilities:
Operations and Maintenance (Hard Services)
- Asset Management: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of essential systems like HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical, plumbing.
- Preventative Maintenance: Implementing scheduled checks.
- Inspections: Conducting regular walkthroughs to identify structural issues, wear and tear, or safety hazards.
