Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of building operations, maintenance, and physical asset management at a newly delivered 1,140-unit residential rental building in Toronto. The building includes ground floor commercial/retail space; the Facilities Manager is the primary maintenance lead for both the residential and commercial components. This role leads the in‑house maintenance team, manages all 3rd‑party trade vendors, owns the preventive maintenance program, and serves as the primary emergency response lead. The Facilities Manager is a hands‑on operational leader who ensures the building's systems, safety, and physical condition meet the highest standards across all uses.
