With a footprint of over 1,000 stores across Indonesia, keeping our coffee flowing and our customer experience seamless requires operational excellence at a massive scale. We are seeking a high-caliber Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance, asset protection, and operational readiness of our entire nationwide store network. Prior exposure to asset management tool development will be a plus.
Because we rely heavily on external partners to maintain this massive footprint, a critical part of your role will be rigorous vendor governance. You will not just manage schedules; you will aggressively audit third-party vendors to ensure they execute maintenance exactly to contract specifications, KPIs, and company standards.
