Responsibilities

Budget & Financials: Create and manage facility budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-reduction strategies regarding utility consumption and operations.
Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and monitor contracts with external suppliers and service providers for janitorial, security, and maintenance services.
Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular safety audits and enforce health, fire, and environmental regulations. Develop comprehensive emergency response plans.
Space Planning: Coordinate office relocations, renovations, and workspace reconfigurations to maximize spatial efficiency.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance and administrative staff.
