Facilities Manager ( Shopping Centre)

• Oversee facilities responsibilities for 3 x shopping centres which include Prospect Vale Marketplace, Meadow Mews Plaza and Burnie Plaza.
• Be a part of a collaborative team environment working with the Launceston based centre team with support from the wider Tasmanian team with the Centre Manager and the Regional Operations Manager based in Hobart.
• This role will help you build strong stakeholder relationships working directly with retailers, contractors and client representatives

Who we’re looking for?

• An experienced Facilities Manager with strong hands‑on involvement across multi‑site retail or commercial assets.
• Someone confident managing hard services, PPM programs, contractor performance and day‑to‑day operational issues.
• A practical operator with solid trade awareness and the ability to complete on‑the‑ground inspections, problem‑solve and manage basic fixes where needed.
