Facilities Manager (Shopping Centre)

• Manage a portfolio of 6 shopping centres across Queensland (Victoria Point, Lutwyche, Tingalpa, Moorfield Health Hub, Toowoomba & Mackay once a year).
• Work with hard services, preventative planned maintenance & build relationships with some major tenants
• Opportunity to shape and grow a high performing team, whilst driving consistency and elevate standards across the retail shopping centres.

Who are we looking for

• Experience working as a Facilities Manager in retail, commercial or mixed use properties, or experience as an Assistant Facilities Manager ready to take on a larger role
• Ideally, experience in retail property environments, with an understanding of fast paced centres, tenant relationships and day to day operational demands
• Experience working in structured environments where approvals, budgets and decisions need careful handling and professionalism
