Knowledge & Skills
- National Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Property Management, Engineering, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities or building maintenance
- Previous experience managing office buildings, commercial properties, or corporate facilities.
- Experience managing contractors and service
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems and preventative maintenance planning.
