Minimum Requirements Qualifications
  • National Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Property Management, Engineering, or a related field will be an advantage.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities or building maintenance
  • Previous experience managing office buildings, commercial properties, or corporate facilities.
  • Experience managing contractors and service
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems and preventative maintenance planning.
