The Facilities Manager leads end-to-end facilities operations across all three INTG sites — Pasig, Antipolo, and Tarlac — supporting a combined facilities and administrative team of 37. Operating within a fast-paced, 24/7 BPO environment, this role safeguards uptime, safety, and service continuity for the sites' staff and clients, while ensuring full compliance with Philippine regulatory and OSH standards.

The role owns the facilities P&L across all sites, sets and enforces consistent operating standards, and builds the team's capability to respond to the operational tempo of a multi-site, multi-shift business.
