Work Schedule: Mid-shift - Night-shift
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree + OSH certification
- 5-7 years of recent, relevant experience in facilities/administrative management
- At least 3 years of experience in managing multiple sites simultaneously, leading teams with at least 25 FTEs across more than one location. Must be in BPO/shared services/24x7 ops environment
- Track record of managing operating facilities and capital budgets in the multi-million PHP range
- Demonstrated experience with disaster/risk management planning and business continuity execution
- Hands-on experience leading internal and external compliance audits/inspections
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with CMMS/ticketing platforms a plus
